Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be extended during high-volume releases, holidays, or promotional periods. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Shipping speeds and carriers are selected at checkout based on destination and service availability. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit times begin once the order has shipped, not when the order is placed.

Pre-Orders
Products listed as pre-orders will ship after the official product launch date. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, pre-orders typically ship 2–3 weeks after launch. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may be held until all items are ready to ship.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, destination, and selected service level. Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If a shipment is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to us so we can assist where possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified once they have entered processing. Pre-orders may be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting customer support.
